After the injection molding machine is closed, high-temperature hot water is injected to raise the mold temperature to a set value and start injecting plastic into the mold cavity; After the injection molding machine completes pressure holding and enters cooling, cold water is injected. The mold temperature quickly drops to a set value before opening the mold. Then, air is blown into the mold to completely blow away the cold water, completing the entire injection molding process.
