3The high-precision CNC forming grinder adopts high flow and high pressure technology for cooling, which achieves cooling of the workpiece and flushing of the grinding wheel during grinding and wheel repair. The flow rate of the coolant is 100-200L and the pressure is 8-10 bar.

4The high-precision CNC forming grinder is equipped with an automatic quantitative centralized lubrication system, which lubricates the guide rails and screws of each feed axis, and has two lubrication methods: manual and automatic.

5The high-precision CNC forming grinder is controlled by Siemens 828D CNC system, which controls the vertical grinding head, longitudinal and transverse feed of the worktable, or the CNC indexing head on the worktable, equipped with a handheld electric handwheel.
