1、 Leakage:
Manifesting as: the pressure gauge value is less than the set value (usually 0.3MPa) or zero and the output flow rate value is greater than the actual gas flow rate value
Solution: Use soapy water to test whether there are bubbles at both ends of the drying tube interface. If there is a steam drum, it indicates that the drying tube is leaking. At this time, unscrew the drying tube and reassemble or replace the sealing ring or replace the drying tube; If several drying tubes do not leak, block the hydrogen output port with a plug and let the instrument self check. If the self check result shows that the instrument is leaking, open the casing to check whether there are any leakage points in the internal air circuit interfaces of the instrument. If it cannot be found, it is recommended to contact the supplier's technical department for technical support. If there is no leakage during self check, check the air circuit of the instrument to find the leakage point
2、 Insufficient gas volume:
Reason: Instrument leakage; Low electrolyte concentration
Solution: The instrument self checks to see if there is any air leakage; Add electrolyte (usually potassium hydroxide)
3、 Overvoltage:
Manifesting as: the pressure exceeds the set value and the digital display meter constantly changes and flashes
Solution: If the set position of the pressure controller is moved or damaged (readjust or replace the pressure control device); The internal pressure of the air-water separator is too high (loosen the air-water separator cap to reduce its internal pressure or replace the air-water separator)
4、 Drying tube with water:
1. Poor quality or incomplete regeneration of silicone gel (replaced silicone gel or extended baking time generally at 120 degrees Celsius for 12 hours) 2. Return of liquid (replace gas water separator or re adjust)
