3、 Installation

To reduce the impact of gravity on the coupling, it is recommended that users use it vertically.
When measuring the output torque of an electric motor, connect the output shaft of the motor to the measuring end of the sensor, connect a DC generator to the other end of the sensor, and connect a sliding potentiometer to the output end of the generator. By changing the load current of the generator, the output torque of the tested motor can be adjusted.
When measuring the resistance torque of the load, connect the measuring end of the load device to the sensor, and connect the corresponding power motor to the other end of the sensor. Start the motor to detect the resistance torque of the load device.
4. CKY-805 torque signal coupler is divided into a and b ends, with b end as the measuring end and a end as the auxiliary end. The b end is connected to the tested equipment through a coupling, and additional bending moments must be avoided during installation.
If it is necessary to measure the speed, simply install a dedicated speed sensor and its speed wheel on the housing of this series of torque signal couplers to measure the speed signal of 6-60 square waves per revolution.
4、 Signal processing
1. Use CKY-80 series torque meter to display torque values;
2. Directly send the torque frequency signal to the computer or PLC for processing;
3. Convert to 4-20mA or 1-5V analog signals.

3. The signal line output shall not be short circuited to ground or power supply, and the output current shall not exceed 10mA;
4. The shielding layer of the shielded cable must be connected to the common terminal (power ground) of the ± 15V power supply.
5. The elastic body of this coupler is very precise and small, strictly limiting overload, with an overload range of ≤ 20%, otherwise it is highly susceptible to damage!
