Using a pneumatic bottle clamping mechanism, the machine operates smoothly and reliably. The host adopts a servo control system, and the host speed can be adjusted by itself, avoiding the drawbacks of inflexible production speed and adjustment methods. The machine is equipped with an automatic safety protection device when the bottle has not yet arrived at the production station. The host is not working, ensure the accuracy of the desiccant plugging action during the production process. When connected online, the desiccant machine stops working, and the tablet machine also stops running at the same time. When the desiccant machine restarts, the tablet machine will automatically resume operation. |
