A freeze dryer is based on the principle of freeze dehumidification, using a fully enclosed compression refrigeration system to cool and reduce the temperature of compressed gas discharged by an air compressor. The large amount of saturated water vapor and oil mist condensed droplets contained in it are separated into steam and water and discharged by an automatic drain. The saturated compressed gas at a higher temperature enters the pre cooler of the freeze dryer, where it exchanges heat with the dry and cold gas from the evaporator. After the temperature is lowered, it enters the evaporator of the refrigeration system and undergoes a second heat exchange with the cold coal vapor, reducing its temperature to near the evaporation temperature of cold coal. During the two cooling processes, the water vapor in the compressed gas is condensed into liquid water droplets and enters the gas water separator with the airflow, where it is separated. Liquid water is discharged outside the machine through an automatic drain, and dry compressed gas with lower temperature enters the pre cooler, Heat exchange is carried out with the newly entered wet saturated gas to increase its own temperature, resulting in a dry compressed gas with low moisture content (i.e. low dew point) and low relative humidity at the exhaust port of the refrigerated dryer.

3、 Working principle of the unit

Working principle: A refrigerated air dryer is based on the principle of air freeze-drying, using refrigeration equipment to cool compressed air to a certain dew point temperature, precipitate the water in the supersaturated part under this temperature and pressure, and carry dust. The water is discharged by an automatic drain to achieve the purpose of cooling and drying.
The process flow is divided into two parts: air system and refrigeration system:
Air system: Dry gas below 45 ℃ first enters the energy recovery device for pre cooling and removal of some moisture, and then enters the evaporator to reduce the temperature to 0-10 ℃ (dew point temperature). The moisture in the dry gas completely condenses into liquid at this temperature, and then separated by a gas water separator. The moisture is discharged by an automatic drain valve, and the low-temperature dry gas treated in this way enters the energy recovery device for heat exchange with untreated compressed hot dry gas. The compressed hot dry gas is pre cooled, and at the same time, its own temperature rises and is output, which is the treated dry compressed gas.
Refrigeration system: Low temperature liquid refrigerant absorbs heat in the evaporator and becomes a gaseous state. After passing through the gas-liquid separator, it enters the compressor, compresses and enters the condenser, where it condenses into high-pressure liquid refrigerant. It then passes through the expansion valve and becomes a low-temperature, low-pressure liquid before entering the evaporator to cool the compressed gas. The gas-liquid separator ensures that the refrigerant entering the compressor is in a gaseous state, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the compressor; The dew point temperature sensor after the evaporator PLC、 The hot gas bypass valve and three-stage adjustable screw compressor form an energy automatic balance regulation system, ensuring the stability of dew point temperature and effectively achieving the rational use of energy according to changes in the cold and hot loads of the dry gas system.

5、 Selection instructions

1. All technical parameters provided in the table are calculated based on the rated intake temperature of 38 ℃ and pressure of 0.8mPa. When selecting relevant data, it is recommended to fully consider the possibility of its changes based on the actual usage status.
2. The unit uses refrigerant, and the standard configuration is: R22, But it can also provide users with other types of green and environmentally friendly refrigerants, such as R407c, R134a, etc.
