Material level gaugeIt consists of four parts: detection circuit, measurement probe, connecting cable, and installation flange.

measuring principle
Install the measuring probe on the wall of the silo, and form a capacitive field with the probe facing the silo wall. The probe is positive and the compartment wall is negative. The up and down changes in the material level cause the capacitance between the two poles to increase or decrease. When the material level reaches the probe position, the capacitance reaches its maximum value, and the relay in the detection circuit acts, outputting a switch signal indicating that the material level has reached the position.
