Explanation of High Temperature Magnetic Float Level Gauge

The high-temperature magnetic float level gauge is developed by our company to expand the application range of UHZ series magnetic float level gauges and meet the requirements of industries such as power, heating, and gas supply. It adopts a unique heat dissipation method to effectively control the working temperature of the instrument, avoid demagnetization of magnetic components under high temperature conditions, and ensure reliable instrument operation. It can measure high temperature of 500 ℃ and high pressure of 10MPa, and is in a leading position in the domestic industry.

This level gauge is suitable for measuring and controlling the liquid level and boundary position of high-temperature and high-pressure liquid containers. Clear indication of the liquid level height, intuitive and eye-catching display, complete isolation between the indicator and the storage tank, safe use, reasonable design, simple structure, convenient and reliable installation, stable performance, long service life, low maintenance costs, and easy installation and maintenance.

Users can use remote transmitters according to engineering needs, which can achieve local digital display and output standard remote transmission electrical signals of 4-20mA to meet the needs of recording instruments or industrial process control. It can also be used in conjunction with magnetic control switches or proximity switches to monitor liquid level alarms or control inlet and outlet equipment.
