Overview of High Temperature Planar Radar Level Gauge
High temperature planar radar level gauge is a large range continuous frequency modulation radar used for measuring solid and liquid substances/levels. The JLRS560 is the most convenient and reliable radar level gauge on the market today. It creates a very short wavelength at a frequency of 78GHz, which can produce excellent signal reflection for almost all solid materials, and can even produce good measurement results on very steep and undulating irregular material surfaces. The 4 ° narrow beam angle and short can be installed and reliably measured at almost any position. With simple settings through buttons or handheld devices, it can be ready and operated in a very short time, truly reflecting low cost, high efficiency, and minimal maintenance measurement.
The high-temperature planar radar level gauge mainly has the following advantages
1. A range of up to 100m
2. Standard configuration: Process temperature up to -40 to 200 ℃, 1250 ℃ optional
3. Local backlight display (standard)
4. Explosion proof type (optional)
5. Blowing device (cooling, cleaning, protection)
The main industries for the application of high-temperature planar radar level sensors
1) Steel metallurgy: The top of the dry quenching furnace pre storage chamber, coal bin, iron ore, and the dry quenching coke (CDQ) device emits continuously modulated high-frequency radar waves to continuously measure the level of red hot coke inside the CDQ pre storage chamber
2) Cement industry: raw material silo, clinker silo, rotary kiln, petroleum coke and finished cement silo
3) Power industry: fly ash silo, powder coal silo
