The L-8900 has made many beneficial improvements in the hardware of the instrument, thus better meeting the needs of applications.
1. Night leakage sensor, online degassing unit
L-8900 has newly added a night leak sensor and an online degassing unit. The degassing method in L-8800 is air trap, and the online degassing unit is a more efficient degassing method than air trap.
2. 6 types of buffer solutions
When the pump is stopped for a long time, the sixth buffer solution (distilled water) can be used to flush pump 1.
3. Higher temperature control: 85 ℃ (column temperature chamber), 140 ℃ (reaction unit)
Provided comprehensive conditions for optimizing amino acid separation and derivation.
4. Direct injection method
The direct injection method reduces the pulsation generated by the injection valve to 1/7 of L-8800 during injection, resulting in more accurate sample separation and quantification within five minutes after injection.
5. Automatic support function: N2 automatic inflation, N2 pressure control, reflux protection of ninhydrin
The automatic control function of N2 and the protection function of reaction solution have been added to L-8900, enhancing the control capability of the instrument. The automatic blowing of N2 is controlled by the switch of the solenoid valve.
6. Perform a self check on the energy of the tungsten lamp before measurement
The energy of the tungsten lamp can be observed at any time in L-8900, which complies with GLP regulations.
