1、 Hollow fiber ultrafiltration equipment(1) Overview
Ultrafiltration is a modern membrane separation technology that is based on the principle of sieving and powered by the pressure difference on both sides of the membrane. It can effectively remove particles, colloids, bacterial mats, and high molecular organic matter from water. It can be widely used in drinking water, industrial water pretreatment, industrial wastewater, municipal wastewater reuse engineering, circulating water treatment and other treatment systems. It can be used as a pretreatment for material separation, concentration, purification, and pure water processes. PES and PVDF material mold components have good temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and oxidation resistance, and can be used continuously for a long time under conditions of 1-40 ℃ and pH 2-11. The turbidity of the raw water entering ultrafiltration should be less than 300 NTU in order to ensure continuous and stable SDI ≤ 3.0 and turbidity<0.3 NTU in the effluent, with an average filtration accuracy of 0.04-0.03mm.
Ultrafiltration membranes are divided into internal pressure and external pressure. The material, specifications, and inlet form of the membrane should be selected based on the quality of the incoming water. Internal pressure membranes can be used for tap water or relatively clean raw water, and external pressure membrane components are preferred for treating wastewater. Due to the fact that the outer diameter of the single filament of the membrane is generally 1.3mm and the inner diameter is 0.8-0.7mm, the inlet water of the internal pressure filter membrane needs to be pre filtered with a precision level of 150mm, otherwise it is prone to clogging and difficult to clean. External pressure can be achieved by using the air-water mixed cleaning method to save chemical cleaning agent consumption.
