The working principle of honeycomb wheel:
The core component of the honeycomb rotary plastic dehumidification dryer is a continuously rotating honeycomb shaped dehumidification wheel, with highly sealed silicone rubber partitions on both sides of the wheel dividing the entire surface into three zones: dehumidification zone, regeneration zone, and cooling zone.
When the humid air that needs to be dehumidified enters the 270 degree processing area of the rotary wheel, the water vapor of the humid air is adsorbed by the active silica gel of the rotary wheel and enters the 90 degree regeneration and reduction sector. After being treated, the dry air is sent to the drying hopper by the fan. There is an appropriate amount of plastic raw material with strong moisture absorption inside the hopper. The dehumidified and dried air adsorbs the internal moisture of the plastic raw material. With the increase of adsorbed moisture, the rotary wheel recovers its moisture absorption ability and completes the regeneration process.
Under the action of the drying fan, the dehumidified air is sent into the dehumidifier, and the dehumidification sector gradually becomes saturated. Driven by the speed regulating motor, it slowly enters the slow cooling zone. The high-temperature air blown in reverse through the regeneration zone causes the adsorbed moisture in the rotor to desorb and enter the dehumidification zone for dehumidification. The above-mentioned dehumidification and regeneration processes occur simultaneously, with the air continuously drying and the impeller continuously regenerating, thus ensuring the continuous stability of the dehumidifier.
