Camera Test Standard Light Source Description

D65 light source is provided inside the lightbox, and two additional light sources, F light and TL84, are configured as backup light sources.

Adopting microcomputer control to quickly switch between each group of light sources.

Lightbox performance

1. The seven color artificial daylight recognized by the International Institute of Illumination (CIE) has a color temperature of 6500K.

2. The illumination range of the light source is 750 to 3200 luxes.

3. The background color of the light source is Neutral Grey, and when using a lightbox, external light should be avoided as much as possible from shining on the top of the box where the color palette is installed.

4. Four sets of lights can be combined and switched (one of which is a backup light source). If it is necessary to use this light source, the first and second sets of lamps must be removed first, and the F lamp can be installed.

5. The illuminance can be adjusted from 1% to 100%, with a uniformity of over 80%. The testing distance can be adjusted according to actual conditions.

Operating instructions

1. Insert one end of the power cord into the socket at the bottom of the lightbox workbench, and connect the other end to the mains power supply (note that the mains power supply must match the power supply indicated on the lightbox). At this time, the timer will display a running time, indicating that the power supply has been connected.

2. Press the ON/OFF button, and the timer will display the total time the lightbox has been used. Press key 1 again, and the top first group of lights will light up. The timer will display the time that the light tube has been used. Press key 2 to light up the second group of light tubes corresponding to key 2. Press key 3 to light up the third group of lights on the workbench surface. Key 4 is the F light source key (backup light source).

3. The adjustable control switch is installed on the right side of the light box, arranged in order from outside to inside, in groups 1, 2, and 3. The F light source is not equipped with an adjustable switch, and the adjustable control switch has been set according to international light source standard parameters before the product leaves the factory. If customers have special requirements for the illumination of their products, the adjustable switch button can be rotated to adjust to the optimal position.

4. Focus adjustment: The height of this product is set to 70cm before leaving the factory. If the customer has other requirements, it can be set by themselves. The specific method is to insert the configured hand crank into the lifting controller at the right rear corner of the light box, shake it in the positive direction to raise, and correspondingly press it in the opposite direction to lower. When it reaches the desired height, fix the four corner codes on the light box column at the same height to fix the hanging box.

5. Press the ON/OFF button to turn off the device after the detection is complete. Turn off the mains power when leaving work.
