Hot melt adhesive temperature controller heating head usage method:

1. Connect the data cable, turn on the power, turn on the "power switch", the green indicator light will turn on, and the temperature will start to rise, indicating that the device is turned on normally;

2. Set the required temperature according to the actual temperature requirements. The steps are as follows:

(1) Press the "" key, and the number will flash and increase to the desired heating temperature.

(2) Press the "》" key, and the number will flash and increase to the desired heating temperature.

3. Insert a new PUR glue vertically into the preheating device, wear insulated gloves, preheat for 5-10 minutes, then remove it. Use pliers to unscrew the plug, open the back cover of the syringe, and use a camera to clip off the layer of glue that has reacted with air on the upper surface of the syringe. Similarly, clip off the glue that has reacted at the nozzle area;

4. Adjust the air pressure of the glue controller to 2BAR (be careful not to exceed the air pressure, otherwise it may crush the syringe and cause accidents such as hot glue splashing and injuring people), press the glue test button on the machine, test the glue, and if it flows smoothly, it proves that the glue is not blocked;

5. Install the needle vertically into the heating device, attach the syringe connector, cover the cover, insert the locking column, tighten the compression screw, and the operation is ready;

6. Insert another PUR adhesive vertically into the preheating device for preheating and backup, in order to improve operational efficiency without affecting the production line operation;

7. After using the heating head of the hot melt adhesive thermostat, turn off the power first. If the device is still in a high temperature state, do not touch the high temperature parts with your hands. After the internal and external temperatures have completely cooled down (recommended for 1 hour), put it away.
