Hot wire ignition test deviceWorking principle: Using electric heating wires of specific dimensions (0.5mm * 250mm) and materials (Ni80/Cr20), pre annealed with a specified heating power (0.26W/mm) and a specified time (8s~12s), the test sample is wound 5 times with a certain winding tension (5.4N) and a certain winding spacing (6.35mm). The test sample with electric heating wires wound is tested at the specified heating power (0.26W/mm) for 120 seconds to evaluate its ignition hazard based on whether the test sample ignites or the ignition time
