The plastic crusher is a type of blade crusher, which works by using the cutting and closing action of the moving and fixed knives to cut and crush the materials entering the machine cavity. During this process, the materials that meet the size of the plastic crusher screen are filtered out by the bottom screen of the plastic crusher after shearing, while the plastic sheets larger than the screen aperture roll upward under the action of internal airflow and enter the cutting area of the blade for further material crushing.

After the plastic crusher experienced material blockage or failure to discharge, we analyzed the basic operating principle of the equipment.

1. The bottom of the sieve is blocked due to the small aperture of the sieve and the rapid addition of plastic.

2. The failure to discharge due to excessive blade clearance is caused by the need to adjust the blade clearance of the plastic crusher when crushing different materials, in order to facilitate repeated crushing of the materials. Solution: Adjust the blade clearance to the appropriate position.

3. The insufficient amount of material entering the machine cavity causes the plastic crusher to not discharge due to the upward rolling of the material driven by the airflow inside the cavity. The solution is to continue adding material.
