The HXGMC series motor vehicle exhaust monitoring system calibration instrument can calibrate the data drift of several real-time testing equipment for motor vehicle exhaust, such as infrared remote sensing, and is a specialized instrument suitable for the motor vehicle exhaust measurement industry.

Due to the inability of online devices to be frequently disassembled and sent back to the manufacturer for calibration and debugging, in order to reduce the impact of these deviations on real-time measurement of automobile exhaust, in response to the needs of the metrology department, Huaxu Century has developed and produced a specialized onboard instrument: the HXGMC series motor vehicle exhaust monitoring system calibration instrument. It has the characteristics of multi-channel, vehicle mounted, temperature control, safety control, and easy use, making it a specialized instrument suitable for the automotive exhaust measurement industry.

Channel: Six channels, and each channel can be shielded at will.
Range: The full range of gas in each channel can be modified.
Adjustment accuracy: 0.1% F.S
Valve accuracy: ± 1% F.S
Repeatability: ± 0.2F.S
Working temperature: -40~100 ℃
Working humidity: 0-100% RH without condensation
Equipment withstand voltage: 3Mpa
Working differential pressure: 0.1-0.3Mpa
Instrument function:
1. A six channel mixing device that can block one or more channels at will.
2. The device can perform specified concentration mixing and dilution of any 2-6 gases.
3. The equipment has an adjustable intake concentration function to adapt to different working conditions and gas types.
4. It can display the set ratio and actual ratio of each gas in real time.
5. The device has a background self setting function and the blank background value can be adjusted.
When the customer parameters are incorrect, the device can be disabled from starting for protection, or it can be shut down for protection during operation.
7. The equipment has protective functions such as gas filtration, gas backflow prevention, and automatic overpressure cutoff.
8. Built in gas parameters, allowing for the selection of gases to participate in mixing from hundreds of different gases.
9. It is possible to customize non built-in gases that are compatible with any material, and also customize the physical parameters such as standard density and specific heat capacity of the gas to better fit the working conditions.
10. Equipped with a mixed gas database function, the intake can be modified to any material compatible mixed gas.
11. It has the function of quickly loading no less than 12 commonly used mixing and distribution parameters, and can be modified by oneself or returned to the default proportion value at any time.
12. The equipment can dilute a single gas by a factor of 5000.
13. The equipment has a constant temperature function to ensure long-term operation in harsh environments such as outdoors and in vehicles.
14. Adopting a corrugated vortex gravity mixing device to improve the mixing effect of the output gas.
