PLC real-time compares the displacement of the upper roller with the set value, and controls the lifting, lifting speed, pass number of the upper roller, as well as the forward, reverse, stop and other process action instructions of the lower roller according to the preset program. Use proximity switches to detect the limit state of the overturning device and upper roller, and the PLC controls the starting, turning, and closing of the straightening action based on these state information and preset conditions.
