Product Introduction:The IMC type fluoroplastic alloy magnetic pump uses fluoroplastic and alloy composite materials to manufacture the overcurrent components. It applies the principle of magnetic mechanics and uses internal and external permanent magnets to achieve non-contact torque transmission. When the motor drives the outer rotor assembly to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the isolation sleeve and drive the inner rotor assembly and impeller to rotate synchronously. When the outer rotor rotates, the isolation sleeve is stationary, and the isolation sleeve completely seals the medium, thus achieving the goal of leak free medium transmission. Thoroughly solved the problems of shaft seal running, leaking, and dripping in mechanical transmission pumps.
Application scope:Suitable for transporting strong acids, strong bases, organic solvents, flammable and explosive liquids, rare and valuable liquids, etc.
Working temperature:-20 ℃~100 ℃, customized for temperatures above 100 ℃, with a maximum temperature resistance of ≤ 160 ℃.
Design features:IMC magnetic pump is an upgraded product of CQB magnetic pump, which adopts a fixed shaft design. The impeller and inner magnet are integrated in a structure, and the whole is supported on the fixed shaft. Compared with traditional rotating shafts, the strength of the fixed shaft is significantly improved. The main shaft, bearings and other grinding components are made of silicon carbide and pressureless silicon carbide, which forms a liquid film between the grinding components during operation, greatly improving their service life. The reinforcement sleeve is made of non-metallic materials such as polyetheretherketone and reinforced carbon fiber, which eliminates damage to the isolation sleeve caused by magnetic eddy current heating. Both the internal and external magnets are made of rare earth magnets, and under normal operating conditions, the magnetism will not experience aging or demagnetization over time.
