CLH100 Hydrogen Sulfide Tester
Main features and uses:
The CLH100 hydrogen sulfide analyzer (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) adopts an electrochemical sensor, an embedded microcontroller for intelligent control, and a four digit LED display. Small in size, light in weight, easy to operate, and convenient to maintain, the instrument adopts a thin film touch switch with good sealing performance, accurate and reliable. This instrument is widely used for continuous monitoring of hydrogen sulfide concentration in working environments with flammable, explosive, and combustible gas mixtures, such as underground coal mines, metallurgical and chemical industries, and environmental protection sites, and can provide ultrasonic sound and light alarms.
Working Principle:
When the instrument is used to measure hydrogen sulfide in the air, the electrochemical sensor reacts directly with the gas in the environment through diffusion, producing a linearly changing voltage signal. The signal is amplified by a linear amplifier and input into the A/D converter in the microcontroller to be converted into a digital signal. After data processing by the microprocessor, the concentration of hydrogen sulfide is displayed on the digital tube. When the concentration of hydrogen sulfide exceeds the set alarm point, the instrument emits an audible and visual alarm signal. The instrument has battery undervoltage alarm and automatic shutdown function.
