1、 Overview:
ZSX-1 type hydrophobicity testerIt is in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A (Supplementary) of GB5480.1. Hydrophobicity: A performance indicator of a reactive material's resistance to water infiltration, expressed as the volume percentage of the least permeable portion in the sample after being sprayed with a certain flow rate of water in a prescribed manner. It is suitable for thermal insulation products such as perlite, polystyrene foam plastic, rigid polyurethane foam plastic, etc. It has the advantages of beautiful appearance, stable performance, and easy use, and can also be used for other tests that meet the conditions of this testing machine The standard design and manufacturing of this testing machine have the advantages of beautiful appearance, reasonable design, stable performance, compact structure, and convenient operation.
2、 Hydrophobicity testerMain technical performance:
1Flow range: 10-100L/H
2Indication accuracy: Level 2.5
3Elongation (height) size: 0~500 mm
4External dimensions:630×300×650mm
5. Weight:12Kg
3、 Hydrophobicity testerIntroduction to the body:
It consists of a metal nozzle, a glass rotor flowmeter, and a height adjustment (horizontal) self-locking device, connected by a rubber tube in the middle.
4Experimental procedure
1. Place the hydrophobicity tester on a stable and flat workbench, adjust the feet so that the horizontal bubble is in the center position, and avoid instrument vibration.
2. Place the specimen at a 45 degree angle on an adjusted horizontal specimen support.
3. Place the specimen on the hydrophobicity tester (for specimens treated with hydrophobicity on one side, the hydrophobicity on both sides should be measured separately. For plate-like products, adjust the nozzle position according to the thickness of the specimen to meet the relevant standard requirements. Stabilize it at 1L/min, spray continuously for 1 hour, then remove the specimen and quickly suck up the surface water droplets with corrugated paper. Immediately weigh the mass m2 of the specimen
5If there is any discrepancy between the attached specimen program and the relevant standard test method, please follow the relevant test requirements.
