Application range of hyperbolic mixer:

The QDJ and GDJ series multi surface mixers are widely used in industries such as environmental protection, chemical engineering, energy, and light power that require solid, liquid, and gas mixing of liquids. They are particularly suitable for use in coagulation tanks, regulating tanks, anaerobic tanks, nitrification and denitrification tanks in sewage treatment processes.

2、 Introduction to the structure of hyperbolic stirrer:

The multi surface mixer consists of transmission components, impeller, base, lifting system, and electronic control.






Job characteristics:
The G/QSJ series curved mixer, as a long-term mixing and stirring equipment, is suitable for mixing and stirring various low viscosity liquids, solid-liquid, and gas-liquid mixtures; Not only suitable for circular and square pools, but also commonly used in rectangular pools for unit arrangement.
Among various existing sewage treatment processes in our country, the impeller mixer can mainly overcome the problems of blind spots and poor water gas mixing effect in traditional blade (slurry) mixing, and play its advantage of uniform mixing. The main characteristics are manifested in the following aspects:
(1) It can be used in various situations where liquids, solids, and gases are mixed, and can replace existing stirring equipment to achieve three-dimensional and spiral mixing, making stirring more uniform and improving stirring efficiency.
(2) Large specific surface area impeller, small power configuration, large circulating water flow, low energy consumption, saving 30% -50% energy compared to traditional mixing methods.
(3) The whole machine has a compact structure, reliable operation, and easy installation and maintenance.
(4) The impeller is made of reinforced fibers or steel materials, which can adapt to different working conditions and have a long service life.







Installation:
The installation of the hyperbolic mixer can be divided into two types: dry installation and wet installation, which are very simple regardless of the installation form.
The wet installation mixer can be directly lifted into the designated position by a crane or hoist, and the cable can be fixed by relying on the self weight of the equipment for positioning.

For a dry installation mixer, first fix the reducer frame on the working bridge, then simply install the transmission shaft, impeller components, and fix the electrical components in sequence
