The coin shaped card is packaged with PVC and PET high-temperature lamination, and the RF card chip is encapsulated inside. Completely sealed, resistant to high temperatures, waterproof, and shock, similar to work permits, portrait cards, and bank cards. Just different in shape, it can be spray coded, printed, and can be divided into glossy and matte.

4、 Printing Instructions
1. The printed cards and non-standard cards sold by our company require customized orders, and prices may vary depending on the quantity and process of the order. Please contact customer service for specific prices
7. If silk screen gold or silver background is required, please specify separately. If not otherwise specified, we will use the design color for offset printing
3. Card thickness: Unless otherwise specified, we will print standard thicknesses (0.76mm for PVC cards and 0.84-0.90mm for induction cards)
4. There may be slight color differences in different batches of printing. If the melodious card is based on the sample card, try to print as close to the color of the sample card as possible, but it is also impossible to achieve 100%. If the customer has very strict color requirements and the number of cards is relatively large, it is recommended that you first make a sample and consider it normal to match the color within 90% if the delivery time allows.
5. Non standard cards are divided into existing grinding tools and separate molds. The existing molds are produced directly, while the separate molds have a longer production period and require additional mold fees.
6. Special processes such as matte, frosted, gold base, silver base UV treatment, laser addition, use of transparent materials, hot stamping, etc. require additional fees. Please specify when placing an order.
7. The design size of PVC card is 88.5 * 57mm (including bleeding position), and the finished size is 85.6 * 54mm
