Product Introduction
The IH stainless steel centrifugal pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump. Its labeling, rated performance points, and equivalent dimensions adopt ISO2858-1975 (E), which is an updated product determined by the Ministry of Machinery Industry to replace the F-type corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Can meet the transportation of corrosive liquids with viscosity similar to water in chemical processes.
IH series stainless steel centrifugal pumps are widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, power, food, environmental protection, smelting, mining and papermaking, oil tanker unloading, chemical fiber synthesis and other fields. They adopt wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant hard alloy mechanical seals. Applicable temperature: -20 ℃~120 ℃, appropriate cooling measures should be taken if necessary, and the temperature of the conveyed medium can reach over 200 degrees.
The overcurrent components are made of stainless steel (304, 316, 316L) to meet the transportation needs of different media. The appearance and installation dimensions are designed and manufactured according to ISO standards, with strong universality. The use of advanced hydraulic model optimization design for the pump casing and impeller greatly improves the efficiency of the entire machine, making it an ideal energy-saving product. The shaft seal is either a packing or a mechanical seal, and both types of seals can be used interchangeably to meet the transportation needs of different media. The shaft is sealed with a gasket and an "O" ring to ensure that the shaft does not come into contact with the medium. The suspension components adopt a universal design, with high universality and strong reliability.
