The IH type chemical pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump. Its markings, rated performance points, and dimensions are equivalent to the international standard ISO2858-1975 (E), and it is an energy-saving and updated product determined by the Ministry of Machinery Industry to replace the F-type corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Can meet the transportation of corrosive liquids with viscosity similar to water in chemical processes.

The temperature of the medium conveyed by the pump is generally -20-105 ° C. If necessary, appropriate cooling measures can be taken to increase the temperature of the conveyed medium.

The maximum working pressure of the pump is designed to be 1.6MPa.

The performance range (design point) of this series of pumps; When the flow rate is 6.3-400m3/h, the head is 5-125 meters.

According to the corrosion of the pump caused by the conveyed medium, users can choose the appropriate material for the liquid contact part.

In addition to the materials listed in the table above, users are allowed to choose other materials suitable for the production of this series of pumps. The material and its code should generally comply with the provisions of GB2100-80 standard. For materials without designated codes in the country, internationally recognized material codes or nationally recognized material codes (such as industry and enterprise regulations) can be used. IH chemical pumps are suitable for a wide range of industries, such as chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, synthetic fibers, etc., for transporting corrosive or non polluting media.
