1、 Overview of IHF Fluoroplastic Alloy Pump
The IHF fluoroplastic alloy pump (IHF centrifugal pump) is an upgraded product developed by our company based on years of production experience and practice, which has been improved from standardized chemical pumps. This series of pumps adopts the latest international standard hydraulic model, and the pump body adopts a metal shell lined with F46 (or imported PFA high-temperature fluoroplastic). The pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are all made of metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastic and sintered as a whole. The shaft seal adopts advanced corrugated tube mechanical sealing (high-temperature wear-resistant machine seal is used for special working conditions, and water-cooled machine seal can also be used in combination). The inlet and outlet are reinforced with cast steel bodies to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump. Actual use shows that the pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, easy disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.
2、 Selection of machine seals
This series of pumps comes standard with advanced external corrugated tube mechanical seals, which have multiple layers of protection and extend the service life of the seals. For conveying media containing impurity particles, an internal water-cooled hard to hard "high-temperature wear-resistant machine seal" can be optionally equipped, which can be used at temperatures up to 150 degrees. For conveying media containing "fluoride ions", "pressureless sintered silicon carbide" material should be selected. For strong alkali media, 99.9% alumina material can be selected, and users can choose according to their actual working conditions.
3、 Widely used
The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of fluoroplastic alloy pumps have been proven in practical use and widely recognized by users. Currently, they are widely used in the transportation of corrosive media in chemical production, the treatment of chlorine water wastewater and acid addition process in ion membrane caustic soda projects (most of the pumps used in ion membrane caustic soda projects in China currently use our company's products), the transportation of electrolytes in non-ferrous metal smelting, acid washing process in automobile manufacturing, as well as in many industries such as pharmaceuticals, petroleum, electricity, electroplating, dyes, pesticides, papermaking, food, textiles, etc. They can transport any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvent, reducing agent, etc. for a long time at temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 120 ℃. Corrosion media without damage is currently one of the most popular pump equipment among users.
Fluoroplastic alloy pumps are often used as the following pumps:
a) Unloading acid and alkali pump: After the tank truck transporting acid and alkali arrives at the tank area, the acid and alkali in the tank truck are unloaded into the large storage tank by the unloading acid and alkali pump;
b) Acid alkali circulation pump: Install this pump on the edge of the acid alkali tank to circulate;
c) Acid spray pump: Use this pump to pump out the acid from the tank to a high position and spray it out to absorb a certain gas or medium;
d) Acid alkali transfer pump: a commonly used working condition to transport acid and alkali from the storage tank to the destination;
e) Corrosive sewage lifting pump: Transport the sewage from the sewage tank to the destination for treatment.
