Main purpose

1. ISG type vertical centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical properties similar to clean water. Use medium temperature below 80 ℃. Suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance water supply, heating, bathroom cold and warm water circulation pressurization, and equipment matching.
2. IRG type vertical hot water pump is suitable for heating and hot water boosting, circulation, transportation and other production process heat systems in civil and enterprise institutions with heating systems, such as power stations, thermal power stations, waste heat utilization, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber departments, with operating temperatures below 120 ℃.
3. IHG vertical chemical pump is used to transport liquids that are corrosive and have a viscosity similar to water, without solid particles. Suitable for high-temperature hot water in industrial boilers such as textile, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, etc., with a usage temperature of -20 ℃ -120 ℃.

working conditions
1. The maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6Mpa, which means that the pump suction pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6Mpa. Please register the system working pressure when placing an order. When the inlet pressure is greater than 0.4 Mpa or the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6 Mpa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the inlet and connecting parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.
2. Applicable medium: The medium of the water pump should be free of corrosive liquids and solid insoluble substances, with a volume not exceeding 0.1% per unit volume and a particle size<0.2mn. If the medium contains small particles, please specify when ordering.
3. The ambient temperature should not exceed 40 ℃, and the relative temperature should not exceed 95%.
