Overview
The IMD series fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump is a motor direct coupled type supported by a middle bracket, with a compact structure and easy disassembly. The main components are made of steel lined F46, and the pump body has high strength. High performance magnetic material "neodymium iron boron" is used as the inner and outer magnets, and the isolation sleeve is made of non-metallic materials, greatly reducing magnetic eddy current loss. It can transport high concentration and highly corrosive media with a density greater than 1.9t/m3. The driving form is magnetic indirect non-contact driving, and the internal and external magnets are completely isolated by isolation sleeves, so that the pump chamber is in a completely closed state, thereby avoiding dripping and leakage. It is particularly suitable for transporting strong acid, strong alkaline, strong oxidizing, flammable, explosive, toxic, and volatile media. The IMD series magnetic pump, with its excellent performance and low price, has become the preferred choice for design institutes to replace expensive and difficult to supply magnetic pumps in many projects.
The IMD series fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump has further improved the pump body structure based on the design of CQB magnetic pump. It adopts a rear pull structure, which allows one person to easily carry out internal daily maintenance and parts replacement without disassembling pipelines, and has excellent performance.
