The ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is a hydraulic model selected by our technical personnel in collaboration with domestic water pump experts. It adopts the performance parameters of the IS type centrifugal pump and is ingeniously designed on the basis of a general vertical pump. At the same time, suitable hot water, high temperature, and corrosive chemical pumps and oil pumps are dispatched based on the ISG type according to different operating temperatures, media, etc. This series of products has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance.
2、 ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump product features:
1. The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, ensuring smooth operation, low vibration, and low noise of the pump.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant seals, which can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seals.
4. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the pipeline system, just remove the pump coupling nut to extract all rotor components.
5. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head.

3、 ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is mainly used for:
1. ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire protection pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching. The operating temperature is T<80 ℃.
2. The IRG (GRG) vertical hot water (high temperature) circulation pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants, and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation, as well as urban heating system circulation pumps. The IRG type uses a temperature T<120 ℃, and the PoGRG type uses a temperature T<240 ℃.
3. IHG type vertical pipeline chemical pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food and pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber. The operating temperature ranges from 20 ℃ to+120 ℃.
4. YG type vertical pipeline oil pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc. The temperature of the transported medium is -20 ℃~+120 ℃.
4、 Working conditions of ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump:
1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the high working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa. The static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.
2. Environmental temperature<40 ℃, relative humidity<95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used is with small particles, please specify when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
