ISWH Stainless Steel Horizontal Centrifugal Pump Maintenance:
(1) Maintenance and upkeep of ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump during operation:
1. The inlet pipeline must be highly sealed.
2. It is prohibited for ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pumps to operate for a long time under cavitation conditions
3. Prohibit ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump from long-term operation of motor overcurrent during high flow operation.
4. Regularly check the motor current value during pump operation to ensure that the pump can operate at standard conditions as much as possible.
5. ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump should be supervised by a dedicated person during operation to avoid accidents.
6. The ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump should be lubricated with oil on the bearings every 500 hours of operation. The motor power greater than 11kW is equipped with a refueling device, which can be directly injected with a high-pressure oil gun to ensure excellent bearing lubrication.
7. After long-term operation of ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump, if the noise and vibration of the unit increase due to mechanical wear, it should be stopped for inspection. If necessary, vulnerable parts and bearings can be replaced. The overhaul period of the unit is generally one year.
(2) ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump mechanical seal maintenance and upkeep:
1. Mechanical seal lubrication should be clean and free of solid particles.
2. Mechanical seals are strictly prohibited from working under dry grinding conditions.
3. Before starting, the pump (motor) should be turned a few times to avoid sudden starting causing damage to the sealing ring.
ISWH stainless steel horizontal centrifugal pump uses:
Starting and operation of ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump:
1. Rotate the motor fan blades by hand, and the impeller should have no jamming or grinding phenomenon, and rotate flexibly.
2. Manually rotate the pump to allow lubricant to enter the mechanical seal end face.
3. Inject water and exhaust, open the inlet valve to allow the liquid to fully enter the pump chamber until the entire pipeline is filled with liquid, and ensure the sealing of the inlet pipeline.
4ISWHClose the outlet valve of the horizontal single-stage low-speed centrifugal pump to reduce the starting current
5. Connect the power supply, click on the start button to determine the correct direction of operation, and see it as clockwise rotation from the fan blade end of the motor.
6. Gradually adjust the opening of the outlet valve to ensure that the pump operates at its rated state as much as possible.
7ISWHIf any noise or unusual sound is found during the operation of the horizontal single-stage low-speed centrifugal pump, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
8. Normal mechanical seal leakage should be less than 3 drops per minute. Check the temperature rise at the motor and bearings, which should be less than 70 ℃. If it exceeds this value, the cause should be investigated.
(2) ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump shutdown:
1. Close the valve of the discharge pipeline.
2. Cut off the power and stop the motor from running.
3. Close the inlet valve.
4ISWHIf the horizontal single-stage low-speed centrifugal pump is not used for a long time, the liquid inside the pump should be drained.
ISWH Stainless Steel Horizontal Centrifugal Pump Installation Instructions:
1. Before installing the ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump, the water pump and motor should be checked for damage, and there should be no hard objects (such as stones, iron particles, etc.) in the flow channel of the ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump that affect the operation of the pump, in order to prevent damage to the impeller and pump body during operation.
2. During installation, the weight of the pipeline should not be added to the water pump, and there should be separate supporting bodies to prevent pump deformation from affecting operational performance and lifespan.
3. The ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump and motor have an integral structure, and there is no need to align them during installation, which is very convenient.
4. When transporting hot water liquid, in order to prevent the pump from being subjected to thermal changes in the pipeline, the foot bolts of the pump base may not be fixed. When the pipeline system expands and contracts, the pump can move together with the pipeline.
5. The flange specifications at both ends of the ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump body are determined according to the 1.6MPa standard, so the pipeline should be equipped with the same specifications.
6. In order to prevent impurities from enteringISWHA filter with a cross-sectional area 3-4 times larger than the suction pipe should be installed in front of the inlet of the ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump to prevent blockage of the flow channel and affect performance.
7. If a check valve is installed in the discharge pipeline, it should be installed outside the gate valve.
8. The ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump is used in suction applications and should be equipped with a bottom valve. The inlet and outlet pipelines should not have too many bends, and there should be no water or air leakage.
9. For the convenience of maintenance and safety of use, a regulating valve is installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump, and a pressure gauge is installed near the outlet of the ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump to ensure that the ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump operates within the rated range and ensures the normal operation and service life of the ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump.
10. After installation, the ISWH horizontal stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump should rotate the pump shaft, and the impeller should have no friction or jamming.
