The IV10 solar cell IV measurement system is designed specifically for small solar cells. Illumination area of 100mm x 100mm, ABA like solar simulator (AAA level optional). The device measures the IV characteristic curve and calculates key parameters such as open circuit voltage, short-circuit current Isc, JSC, Vmax, maximum I, maximum power, and efficiency.
The system includes a light source and measuring solar cell units measuring 10 cm x 10 cm, with the necessary measuring equipment for IV curves of smaller samples. The solar simulator illuminates the testing area, and the voltage of the electronic load scanning area is measured from the reverse bias state all the way to Voc. Accurate IV curves of voltage and current forms. The system uses computers to collect data, calculate the parameters of solar cells, generate printable test reports, and save the test data in text files. The scanning range, direction, and speed are adjustable.
