1、 Product Overview:
Test standard reference: ISO 16750-4 "Environmental conditions and tests for electrical and electronic equipment - Part 4". This machine is suitable for temperature shock generated by cold water and is used for products in splash areas on vehicles Simulating cold water splashing onto hot systems/components can occur during wet road driving in winter.
We have two types of Jiubin ice water impact test chambers, as shown in Figure 1: immersion type; Figure 2: Nozzle Type；
2、 Instrument characteristics of ice water impact testing machine：
1. Test environmental conditions: The ambient temperature is+25 ℃, the relative humidity is ≤ 85%, and there is no sample in the test chamber
2. Verification method: GB/T 5170.2-2008 Temperature testing equipment
3. Temperature range of the box: RT+10 ℃~+150 ℃
Temperature fluctuation: ≤ ±0.5℃
Temperature deviation: ≤ ±2℃
4. Test liquid: deionized water+3% fine dust+5% NaCl (according to ISO 12103-1)
5. Water temperature range: 0 ℃~4 ℃
Temperature fluctuation: ≤ ±0.5℃
Temperature deviation: ≤ ±2℃
6. Inner box heating time: RT+10 ℃~+150 ℃ ≤ 38min
7. Cooling time of test liquid:+ 20℃～0℃ ≤20min
8. Inner box size: W1000 × D1000 × H1000mm (customizable)
9. Dimensions: W1500 × D1300 × H1800mm (customizable)
