Equipped with a computer image analysis and processing microhardness tester, it has an advanced computer automatic measurement system. When the objective lens and indenter switch, the turret automatically rotates, and the sample marking point can be accurately positioned with clear image quality. It can automatically measure the indentation and display the hardness value, convert the corresponding Rockwell hardness value, and meet the requirements of measuring the depth of the carburized layer of carburized parts and curve graphs, as well as measuring the depth of the quenched layer of high-frequency quenched parts and curve graphs. This machine has strong intuitiveness, convenient measurement, reduces human error, greatly improves measurement accuracy, and avoids visual fatigue for users.
