2、 Working principle of impact mill:
The material is transported to the crushing chamber by a quantitative feeding system. The material is subjected to impact and shear between the high-speed rotating rotor and the stator of the toothed lining. The crushed material enters the classification zone under the drive of the airflow. Qualified materials are collected by cyclones and dust collectors, while unqualified materials are returned to the crushing zone for crushing. The special design ensures that the material is fully dispersed and crushed, saving crushing energy and improving crushing efficiency.
