This machine can achieve two levels of impact energy of 300J and 150J by replacing the pendulum. The cross-section of the sample used is 10-10mm. Mainly tested on black metals with high impact toughness, especially steel and its alloys.

The testing principle of this product is to calculate the difference between the pre impact potential energy of the pendulum and the residual potential energy after impact, and obtain the absorbed energy of the tested sample. The operation of the equipment can be controlled manually by a control box or automatically by a computer, which is easy to operate and has high work efficiency. The remaining energy after the pendulum breaks the sample can be used to automatically swing, and the test results can be saved and printed. When conducting continuous impact tests on samples, its superiority can be better demonstrated.
