4、 Installation of Temperature and Humidity Sensor Dimensions
1. First, fix the transmitter on the wall;
2. Connect the power supply and output lines according to the pin definitions;
3. Check for accuracy; Connect the power supply 5VDC;
4. Do not connect the transmitter to a voltage higher than 5VDC. To prevent excessive voltage from burning out the sensor;
5. Install the transmitter at the location that needs to be tested, away from the heating element or steam source, and prevent direct sunlight;
6、 Precautions for temperature and humidity sensors
1. Shielded twisted pair cables are required for RS485 communication, and if necessary, two 250 Ω terminal matching resistors are needed.
2. The usage environment should be free of conductive dust, corrosive metals, and gases that damage insulation, and avoid direct sunlight and rain.
3. Do not use this product in extreme temperature and humidity environments (working in high humidity environments greater than 90% RH for extended periods of time may cause drift).
4. Avoid prolonged exposure of components to salt spray, acidic or oxidizing gases (such as sulfur monoxide, hydrochloric acid, etc.).
