Product Description

C12243!w280x280

Instrument Introduction:
Bruker releases the latest spectral control and spectral processing software OPUS 5.0
OPUS, Integrating infrared and Raman software, including common functions such as spectrum control and processing, as well as specialized functions such as step scanning and rapid scanning. OPUS 5.0 version has the following new features:

Quick comparison function of automatic spectra in QA/QC QuickCompare';
Instrument automatic validation report;
Spectral analysis function;
Peak integration function of human-machine dialogue;
Step by step scanning extension function;
Comprehensive 3D view and evaluation function;
FTIR teaching software.

Easy to use

OPUS provides a range of spectrum processing functions such as spectrum calculator, mutual conversion between absorption and transmission spectra, automatic baseline correction, and automatic or human-machine dialogue peak marking. All these functions can achieve multi spectrum operations, with the mouse drag method being user-friendly and the human-machine dialogue operation method being extremely easy for users to operate, but the functions are particularly powerful. The processing and evaluation of spectra through human-machine dialogue or automation, such as peak calibration, peak integration, quantification, and spectral difference, are all standard functions of OPUS. OPUS software meets the needs of user analysis and research, and can also be used for online control.

Automatic atmospheric compensation

The latest atmospheric compensation eliminates the need for users to worry about interference from water vapor, carbon dioxide, and other pollutants in the air on spectra. The automatic air compensation function of OPUS software does not require a reference spectrum and can directly eliminate air interference during the sampling process. It can also automatically compensate for air in the spectrum after the sampling is completed.

OPUS/VALIDATION (Instrument Calibration)

OPUS/ALIDATION supports 21 CFR Part 11 "Electronic Records, Electronic Signature":
Strengthened user management and achieved spectrum tracking;
Single signature for spectral methods and spectral evaluation methods;
Spectral evaluation and tracking of electronic signatures.

Quick printing

Quick printing function, just click a button lightly, all work is completed by the software, and a professional printing report is issued.
WYSIWYG (What You See is What You Get) interface allows users to display spectra and corresponding information related to spectra in printed reports, and edit their own style of printing templates.

Spectrum library

OPUS/SEARCH is a spectral search software that relies on a spectral library. In addition to spectral search, it can also search for chemical structural formulas, compound information, and spectral peaks. OPUS/SEARCH is compatible with multiple commercial spectral libraries in the market, and users can also create their own spectral library for easy use.

Quantitative analysis and quality control
The OPUS ™ The testing software can fully meet your needs. OPUS/LAB is a specialized software designed for daily testing, which does not require specialized personnel to operate. It is suitable for both daily work and researchers. OPUS/QUANT is a chemical metrology software used to establish quantitative analysis software for the relationship between infrared spectroscopy, physical properties, and related substance content, while OPUS/ITEM is a qualitative analysis software. All of these functions can be integrated into Bruker's OPUS ™ In the software package.

Process control
OPUS/ROCESS is a software package based on the standard OPC interface. With this interface, OPUS can easily connect with popular process control software in the market. The software interface allows users to edit infrared spectrum acquisition methods, evaluations, etc., monitor the quality of spectra, and detect instrument status issues and alarms.

Spectral display and processing of 3D spectra
OPUS/3D can generate 2D and 3D display formats, extract single spectra from both 2D and 3D, and any function that processes one-dimensional spectra can be used for 3D spectra.

When used in combination with OPUS/CHOM (software package for collecting TG-IR, GC-IR, HPLC-IR, and TLC-IR spectra), real-time spectral changes during the combination process can be displayed.

OPUS/MAP and OPUS/VIDEO provide powerful infrared imaging software. Using Bruker's infrared microscope, real-time images and infrared spectra of the sample surface can be obtained, making it extremely convenient to use. OPUS/MAP can also perform chemical imaging on the obtained infrared spectra to obtain the distribution of surface chemical components, which has a wide range of applications.

Step by step scanning

The time resolution of dynamics and modulation/demodulation reaches 500 picoseconds, and a dedicated step scanning interface allows users to set experimental parameters, including time resolution, modulation frequency, and modulation amplitude. The combination of OPUS/3D and OPUS/STEP makes the application more convenient, and we can have a detailed understanding of the experimental process.
