2. Equipment Detailed Diagram
2.1 The optical path of the equipment can move up and down, with a maximum range of 0-500mm (electrically adjustable on software).
2.2 The optical path of the equipment can move forward and backward, with a maximum range of 0-200mm (electrically adjustable on software).
2.3 The equipment adopts a 5U chassis, which is small and easy to install.
2.4 The device adopts a desktop all-in-one computer.
Select a lens with a marking range of 150x150mm for the 2.5 field lens.
2.6 Customized shelves use screws for quick installation and welding to ensure the stability of the shelf.
3. MES process flow
3.1 MES generates a work order and sends the work order number to the laser engraving machine;
3.2 Laser engraving software receives the work order number and automatically obtains the work order content;
3.3 After each product is laser engraved, the laser engraving machine automatically uploads the work order content to MES;
3.4 Laser engraving software sets first and second level permissions, and authorized personnel can modify the content of work orders after logging in;
3.5 The content of the work order can be added or deleted. After the modification is completed, the work order content will be updated, and the laser engraving machine will continue laser engraving from the updated content;
4. Equipment overall process flow
4.1 Start the injection molding equipment and robotic arm;
4.2 Start the laser engraving machine, import the work order number from MES, and set it to the ready to start state;
4.3 Adjust the laser engraving position and focal length;
4.4 Adjust the injection molding machine and robotic arm. If the first and second products are defective, open the laser engraving content template of the laser engraving machine and click to start testing the laser engraving effect;
4.5 The laser engraving effect is OK. Before starting the 3rd product, modify the MES work order to start status;
4.6 The mechanical arm picks up the injection molded good product to the laser engraving position, and the laser engraving machine starts working;
4.7 Laser engraving is completed, and the laser engraving number is automatically transmitted back to the MES system;
Repeat action 5.6 until the work order is completed.
5. Equipment capability
5.1 Personnel configuration: One person is required to operate before startup, and no manual labor is needed after startup
5.2 Laser engraving content: logo, Text, vector graphics, automatic serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes, etc;
5.3 Equipment power: laser power 3W, overall power ≤ 1.2KW;
5.4 System Storage: Parameter data can be saved, and parameters can be adjusted as needed;
