Wastewater treatment equipment is currently the most direct and effective method for treating production and domestic wastewater. The correct installation of sewage treatment equipment is a prerequisite for its normal operation. The installed sewage treatment equipment also needs a trial operation process to test whether the equipment can operate normally. Today we will learn about the precautions during the installation and trial operation of sewage treatment equipment.
1、 Installation requirements
1. According to the installation diagram and foundation diagram of the buried sewage treatment equipment, prepare the foundation based on the size and dimensions of the installation plan, and prepare a concrete base plate. The foundation requires an average bearing capacity of 5t/m2, and must be horizontal. The installation can only be carried out after the maintenance period of the concrete foundation pouring is over. If the equipment is installed below the floor, the relative elevation of the foundation from the floor shall be based on the dimensions in the diagram. At the same time, the excavation width and length around must be at least 500mm away from the edge of the foundation for pipeline installation.
2. The installation and connection of pipelines should be considered when the equipment is in place. When the equipment is in place, it must be installed according to the self weight of the equipment in the instruction manual, in accordance with the tonnage size of the crane. The installation sequence should be in place according to the on-site reference diagram. The position and direction of the cylinder must not be placed incorrectly, and the spacing between them must be correct.
3. According to the installation diagram, connect the pipes and secure them with rubber pads after the equipment is in place to prevent leakage at the connection point.
4. After the installation of buried sewage treatment equipment, the equipment must be connected and fixed to the foundation floor to ensure that the equipment does not flow or float. At the same time, sewage must be injected into the equipment (when there is no sewage, other water sources or tap water should be used instead), and the filling degree must reach 70% or more to prevent the equipment from floating. At the same time, check for any leaks in each pipeline. The intersections of each water testing pipeline must not leak, and the equipment must not be displaced or tilted due to the rise of surface water.
5. After the installation of the equipment is completed without any issues, soil can be filled around the equipment and compacted in the gaps. When leveling the ground and filling the soil, attention should be paid to:
(1) The manhole cover plate of the equipment must be about 50mm higher than the floor.
(2) Do not allow soil to block the air inlet on the manhole cover plate.
6. Connect the control line of the electrical control cabinet to the equipment, and pay attention to the direction of the underwater aerator and submersible sewage pump motor when wiring. For example, the basement control cabinet should be placed in a ventilated area and kept dry. Generally, the control cabinet should not be placed outdoors. Be protected from sun exposure, rain, etc. To prevent electric leakage and burning of the control board and wiring terminals.
7. Precautions for buried sewage treatment equipment:
(1) The installation location of the equipment must ensure that there is no water accumulation during rain.
(2) The outlet pipe of the equipment must be below 0.4m relative to the floor.
(3) There must be no heavy objects or large vehicles passing over the equipment (referring to those without special design).
(4) Equipment should generally not be emptied of internal sewage to prevent groundwater from causing the equipment to float.
8. Please note that the installation diagram and pipeline connection diagram of this equipment should be connected and arranged according to the standard plan. If requested by the user, they can be arranged arbitrarily, but they must be mentioned when signing the contract.
9. Connect the control circuits of the fan and water pump, and pay attention to the correct direction of rotation of the fan and water pump.
2、 Precautions during trial operation
Inject clean water into the equipment and check for any leaks in the pipes. If not, cover the area around the box with soil until the equipment inspection hole is reached, and level the ground. Connect the control line of the electrical control box to the water pump, and connect the electrical control box to the power supply. When wiring, pay attention to the direction of the fan and motor, which must be the same as the direction pointed by the fan.
