Working principle
The GBOS-Q series fully automatic oil-water separator is a newly developed oil-water separation product by our company. This series consists of a slag removal area, oil-water separation area, oil collection area, and sewage lifting area.
The slag removal area is equipped with an automatic slag removal device, which discharges the residue and rotten leaves that flow in with the water flow into the box under the action of mechanical force and enters the storage bucket.
After slag removal, the sewage is in the slag removal area, where larger impurities are removed and mixed with smaller impurities in the sewage. These impurities will naturally settle in the sand settling hopper at the bottom with the water flow and be discharged through the vent pipe.
The sewage after slag and mud removal enters the oil-water separation area. Under the action of the guide plate and turbulence device, the water flow moves at a constant speed (≤ 0.005m/s) according to the designed path curve, thereby achieving effective oil-water separation. The separated grease automatically floats up along the conical body to the oil collection device and is discharged regularly or automatically.
The constant temperature heating system and stirring system in the oil collection device ensure that the oil does not solidify, facilitating the smooth removal of oil.
During the oil-water separation process, the residual sludge in the sewage settles at the bottom of the oil-water separation zone under the action of gravity. Regularly discharge through the sewage outlet at the bottom of the container.
Elevate the discharge area with a specially designed lifting pump for the pump body and impeller, which has a low failure rate and is not easily clogged. The sewage pump adopts a dual pump setting, with one in use and one as backup, acting as backup for each other and rotating in operation. When the flow rate is high, the dual pumps work to ensure that the sewage does not overflow and is completely discharged into the sewage pipe network.
