The product features an O-grade, as the concentration of organic matter has significantly decreased, but there is still a certain amount of organic matter and high NH3-N present in the wastewater. In order to further oxidize and decompose organic matter, and to ensure the smooth progress of nitrification after carbonization is completed. Characteristics of integrated aquaculture wastewater treatment equipment
The convenience equipment has been assembled and debugged as a whole in the factory, eliminating the tedious process of construction, installation, and debugging. The equipment can be buried underground or placed indoors or outdoors. The regulating tank, sludge tank, anoxic tank, biological contact oxidation tank, secondary sedimentation tank, and disinfection tank are highly integrated into an integrated equipment, with a processing capacity ranging from 1-80 (m3/h). The modular fan room is equipped with fans, sludge discharge controllers, and automation control cabinets. The high-efficiency equipment adopts submersible aerators or noise reducing blowers, with high aeration efficiency, stable operation, and low noise. Using company specific fillers, the fillers have good bacterial growth on the outside and anaerobic bacteria growth on the inside. The entire treatment process involves both digestion and reverse digestion, allowing for simultaneous denitrification and removal of organic matter within the unit. The new type of biological filler has a high specific surface area, high biomass per unit volume, and can increase the capacity load of the equipment by 1.5 times. Even when the influent BOD reaches 400mg/l, the effluent of the equipment remains stable and meets the standard.
