Hexagon's subsidiary, Seven Seas, has launched an intelligent assembly solution for 5G base station ring devices to manufacture components for 5G base station construction, in order to help enterprises adapt to the demand for increased production capacity and quality brought about by equipment upgrades and market stimulation.

Advantages of the plan

The equipment consists of 14 workstations, involving 13 workflows, with short CT time and high degree of automation. Avoiding a series of problems caused by low manual efficiency and high costs.

Accurately locate the material on the tray through a visual positioning system.

After completing the assembly of the middle chamber, the PIN pins are soldered at three workstations and subjected to high-precision temperature control. After completion, the material is fed to the conveyor belt line by the cutting machine.
