Configuration of Mobile Aircraft Reactor Cleaning System:
(1) Rated water cleaning pump pressure: 35-45MPa, flow rate of approximately 130L/min (single set of cleaning equipment for reactor cleaning);
(2) High pressure pump protection has functions such as anti rotation, anti pressure overload, and anti overheating;
(3) Adopting well-known domestic and foreign brands of pressure valves, pneumatic ball valves, and sensors;
(4) Choose Siemens/Mitsubishi brand for PLC or configuration software;
(5) The pump station frame is made of 304 stainless steel material, and the overcurrent part is made of 304 material;
(6) The cleaning device is arranged compactly and reasonably.
(7) The front end of the high-pressure cleaning pump needs to be equipped with a filter with an accuracy of 80-200 mesh to filter the cleaning solution.
1. The cleaning rod adopts a roller tube lifting structure (with a reserved space height of 1500mm to 2500mm at the top), depending on the height of the reaction kettle and the height of the pneumatic ball valve.
2. Lift the cleaning rod to the bottom of the reaction vessel for cleaning, with a cleaning cycle of about 15-25 minutes, to ensure that all parts are thoroughly cleaned.
3. The aircraft vehicle is equipped with a power motor mechanism group in the longitudinal direction, which can travel longitudinally;
4. Vertical walking can be applied to the cleaning of more reaction vessels, effectively reducing customer equipment cost investment.
