The booster water injection sled control cabinet is designed by Xi'an Guoyi Measurement and Control Equipment Co., Ltd. specifically for the control of oilfield booster water injection devices. It uses a programmable logic controller (PLC) and an upper computer as the control core, and adjusts the output frequency of the frequency converter with high-precision and high reliability pressure. The frequency converter controls the water pump motor, achieving automatic control of the booster water supply device. Compared with traditional pressurized water injection device control systems, this system has the following advantages:

1.1 The outlet pressure is controlled by PLC and upper computer configuration software, and the outlet pressure is adjusted through inlet and outlet pressure, flow rate, and electric valves to achieve stable outlet pressure and flow rate, achieving intelligent regulation.

To solve this problem, we have developed a new intelligent control system for water injection pry that can automatically increase pressure for a long time. This system has the advantages of safe, reliable, and stable use, as well as simple and easy to understand operation.

1.2 Adopt high-precision and high reliability digital pressure devices as pressure measuring elements, replacing traditional measurement methods.

Principles of System Control

This control system is designed to ensure that the instantaneous flow rate at the outlet meets the set requirements while maintaining stable outlet pressure. When the outlet pressure is too high, the frequency of the frequency converter is gradually reduced to reduce the outlet pressure. When the frequency drops to the lower limit of 30Hz (adjustable) and the outlet pressure cannot be stabilized, the electric valve is adjusted to ensure stable outlet pressure. When the outlet pressure is too low, the electric valve is adjusted first. When the electric valve is fully closed and the outlet pressure cannot be guaranteed, the frequency converter is adjusted to stabilize the outlet pressure. Stop the pump when the inlet pressure is below 10MPa (adjustable) or the outlet pressure is above 25MPa (adjustable).

The cabinet body of this control system's frequency conversion cabinet is equipped with on-site manual start and stop of the booster water injection pump and can manually adjust the frequency of the frequency converter; It is also possible to automatically control the frequency of the frequency converter and the opening of the electric valve based on the pressure at the outlet of the water injection pump in automatic mode. The system monitors the data of various pressure transmitters, flow meters, and other instruments in real time and displays it on the touch screen. The operator can control the flow rate of the flowmeter on the touch screen and observe the flow rate, pressure, and other parameters of each measured point.
