Automatic switching control is performed based on controlled physical quantities (reactive power, reactive current, power factor, time period).

Capacitors with the same capacity are switched and controlled according to the principle of cyclic switching, while capacitors with different capacities are switched and controlled according to the reactive power deficit;

Before switching capacitors, predict the distribution reactive power and voltage changes caused by switching. If reverse operation is expected after switching, no switching control will be applied.

The HD series low-voltage reactive power compensation controller is connected to other components using RJ45 communication, simplifying secondary wiring and reducing wiring workload and faults caused by wiring errors. The communication method requires the connected components to have the same communication interface and protocol. If they are different, necessary modifications must be made to one of them to achieve good communication between the two and enable information exchange. The wiring terminals on the rear cover of the HD-202 low-voltage reactive power compensation controller are electrically connected to the movement using a contact type, and the movement is integrated. In case of a malfunction, the external wiring can be removed and the rear cover can be replaced with the movement, and then the rear cover can be installed.
