3 practical application
In practical applications, the prestressed intelligent tensioning equipment consists of three main parts: the system host, the control host (oil pump), and the jack, with stress as the control indicator and elongation error as the calibration indicator.By using sensing technology to collect data on the working pressure of each tensioning device (jack) and the elongation and retraction of steel strands, the prestressed intelligent tensioning monitoring system embeds GIM into the tensioning device and displays the data on the prestressed intelligent tensioning system platform.
