1、 Product Overview：
Mainly used for internal corrosion durability testing of automotive heater cores, radiators, and water tanks. This test device is durable and can provide a stable temperature and flow rate of the test liquid as required by the test setup. The circulation system of the experimental equipment is sealed to ensure that the solution does not emit odors.
2、 Technical parameters：
1. Medium：
Solution A: 66% deionized water, 33% OA coolant, 1% additive
B solution: 50% deionized water, 50% OA coolant, added core sand with a concentration of 2 g/L (large particles 0.3 mm, small particles 0.1 mm)
C solution: OY Water (195 ± 1 mg sodium chloride, 60 ± 0.3 mg sodium sulfate, 30 ± 0.1 mg ferric chloride, 1 ± 0.01 mg copper sulfate, 1 L deionized water, prepared in this ratio)
2. Flow rate: 0-80 L/min (flow rate adjustable from 0-5 m/s) Control accuracy: ± 1% F.S, measurement accuracy: ± 1%
3. Pressure: 0-500 kPa Measurement accuracy: 0.5%
4. Temperature: Room temperature zone (natural ambient temperature) and high temperature zone 130 ℃ (test temperature needs to be lower than the boiling point of the medium)
5. Heating rate: 1-2 ℃/min; Accuracy ± 2 ℃, measurement accuracy: 0.5%
6. Environmental temperature: normal temperature (with fresh air device)
7. Number of workpieces: 1-3 pieces (can be tested independently or selectively, with 3 independent circuits)

3、 Action after operation：
1. Turn off all switches and the main power switch;
2. Clean the products inside the test box and do not leave them behind;
3. If there is a long time before the next test, the tap water at the bottom of the box and the solution in the saltwater box must be drained and cleaned thoroughly;
4、 Attention:
If the solution used in the experiment has not been used for more than a week, please do not use it again to avoid affecting the validity of the test results;

To avoid nozzle blockage, the test solution must be filtered before use;
