ICPE-9800 enables precise, rapid, and simultaneous analysis of multiple elements across a wider concentration range, while the user-friendly ICPEsolution workstation software makes the analysis process feel effortless. This new system can provide industry-leading analytical tools for element analysis in fields such as environment, medicine, food safety, chemistry, and metal materials.

The ICPE-9800 series has innovatively designed an Eco operating mode, which can further reduce the argon flow rate to 5L/min during standby between samples. Switching back from Eco mode to regular analysis mode only takes 1 second. The high-precision full mass flow control system and highly stable high-frequency generator system of the instrument configuration ensure excellent stability in mode switching. Combining Shimadzu's Mini torch system, vacuum chamber, and 99.95% purity argon stable operation technology, the combined use of these four technologies can save 70% of argon gas costs.

Caption: When in standby mode, the instrument can automatically switch to Eco mode. The high-frequency power is reduced to 0.5kW, and the plasma gas flow rate is reduced to 5 L/min, significantly saving energy consumption.

Time saving and efficient analysis

► True two-dimensional full spectrum data acquisition with a million pixel CCD, allowing for post measurement addition and modification of elements and wavelengths without the need to re measure the sample.

► The vacuum chamber system does not require start-up, blowing, or waiting. The cooling temperature of CCD is -15 ℃, greatly reducing the cooling time required from cold start to stable operation.

Vertically placed torch tubes can effectively reduce the adsorption and deposition of samples on the torch tube wall, thereby reducing memory effects and flushing time.

Axial and radial automatic switching can easily achieve simultaneous analysis of low concentration and high concentration samples, perfectly combining high sensitivity and wide dynamic linear range.

Extremely user-friendly software

The analysis assistant function has a built-in spectral interference database containing 110000 spectral lines, which can automatically analyze and select the optimal spectral lines, making condition optimization simpler and sample analysis more efficient.
