Application characteristics of XDY-100 inverted fluorescence microscope
The XDY-100 inverted fluorescence microscope has four excitation bands of B, G, V, and UV, which can be used for microscopic observation of live cells and tissues, fluids, sediments, etc. in culture bottles or dishes. It can also be used for fluorescence microscopic observation of unstained transparent live organisms and fluorescent sections.
The instrument consists of an inverted microscope and an epifluorescence microscope, equipped with a long working distance flat field achromatic objective lens and a large field eyepiece. When inverted, a long working distance flat field phase contrast objective lens and a long working distance condenser lens with phase contrast device are configured. During fluorescence observation, the excitation filter group can be switched.
The XDY-100 inverted fluorescence microscope is an ideal instrument for fluorescence research in biology, cytology, oncology, genetics, immunology, and other fields. It can be used in scientific research, teaching, medical care, health and epidemic prevention, and agriculture and animal husbandry.
