The ZI-300A ion contamination test is a widely used testing equipment for measuring the resistance of solvent extracts (ROSE). 3．Test process control

In order to achieve higher testing accuracy,The testing process of Zero Ion ZI-300A is controlled by a PC installed with the Windows operating system. The large 19 inch LCD screen can provide clear and distinguishable real-time testing information. Intuitive labeling can easily distinguish between stored information and real-time testing information. Built in (log management system) captures and saves all relevant test data. The database indexing function facilitates users to retrieve the required data and settings at any time, including dates, file names, circuit board serial numbers, etc.

The Zero Ion ZI-300A also has the function of querying SPC data through remote networks. The barcode reader can complete one click input of circuit board serial numbers or other data. The PC based control system automatically calculates the equivalent concentration of sodium chloride pollution (NaCl/square refers to the US military standard and IPC standard), and operators can choose between automatic or manual modes.
